To connect to the VT-LCCS E-mail server you will need to use a POP3 compliant E-mail client such as Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Netscape Mail, or Eudora. NOTE for Outlook 97 Users: Check out this link under the Outlook 97 section: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q197869 It states that if you install the Internet Mail Enhancement Patch that you will be able to configure secure SMTP.
